Natural remedies for tooth infection
Black tea

Black tea is loaded with antioxidants so it’s great for absorbing toxins and pus. Simply soak the tea bag in warm water and apply to the sore tooth. try to keep it in your mouth for as long as you can. It’s important to rinse afterwards with salt water to remove the bacteria you’ve dislodged.

You can also try a tea that contains echinacea, which is an antibiotic and an antihistamine. It will support your immune system to kick the infection and will reduce inflammation.

The same goes for chamomile tea.  chamomile can reduce gum swelling and bleeding and is effective in killing bacteria strains that cause the infection.

Salt water
Salt (sea salt and Himalayan rock salt are best) is a natural antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. It alkalinizes the body and kills bacteria causing infection. Try mixing half a teaspoon of salt into six ounces of warm water until it has dissolved, then use as a mouthwash. If possible try to directly swish it around the affected tooth. Make sure you spit it out when you’re done.

Oregano oil
Oregano oil contains antibacterial, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties which help clear the infections. When used on an abscessed tooth, it numbs the area. Oregano oil is widely used for abscessed tooth because it helps abscess drainage while killing the bacteria in the pus. It also boosts immunity and helps fight tooth infections and speeds up the healing process.
You should prepare a mouthwash by mixing 3 to 5 drops of oregano with 1/4 cup of warm water. Use the mixture to swish your mouth for about 5 minutes and spit out the mixture. Repeat 3 or 4 times daily.

Garlic
There have been studies to show that garlic oil has been used to help diseased teeth in children. When you crush garlic you release allicin, an oily liquid, and natural disease fighter. The garlic must be raw, so try chewing on a clove or placing pre-crushed pieces onto your tooth.

Oil pulling
Used for millennia in Ayurvedic medicine, oil pulling promotes oral health, including the regeneration of receding gum tissue. Coconut oil is antibacterial by virtue of its lauric acid. It has been shown effective in reducing dental plaque and treating gingivitis.

Twice a day on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning and right before bed is best), take 1 1/2 teaspoons of virgin coconut oil in your mouth and swish it around for 20 minutes. Spit out and rinse your mouth with warm water. Continue until the abscess disappears or don’t stop: oil pulling is a wise routine practice for oral health to prevent future abscesses from occurring.

Hydrogen peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is a powerful and proven germ fighter. You need to dilute it with water or it can harm your teeth and gums, then rinse your mouth vigorously for a couple of minutes. Spit it out afterwards.
You can also use it in combination with baking soda, which has been shown to increase alkalinity in the mouth – bacteria hate it! You can also make a paste of these two ingredients and apply it directly to the tooth, leaving it on for several minutes and then rinsing thoroughly afterwards.
